I've started today for my on job training(OJT) , which i enjoyed it because i assist for those trainees in OWWA on how to access basic computers , to help them that they may catch up or understand what would be the instructor want them to access in the computer , I've observed that the trainees pursued to know more about how to handle computer. I'm happy to assist them because they can easily catch up , and they are kind. And also i observed their cooperation during theri specific class , we also have a picture taking in computer room.
Its not too hard , in our OJT infact as the instructor teach the trainees we also catch up some lessons.
